I think this is similar to setting your personal core values. Mine (a work in progress):
• Own your experience - you are not a victim, you GET TO CHOOSE
• Set high goals - you are capable of more than you think; don't let your demons hold you back
• Run towards your fears - fear is your mind's way of getting you to pay attention to what you need to conquer
• Be curious - ask questions, always learn
• See potential and assume positive intent
• Have the hard conversation - give feedback as a gift
• “Bring to the room what you want to find in the room.”
